+ What payment plans or type of deposit do you require?

To secure your spot, you’ll pay a percentage of your package’s total investment as a deposit upon booking. Payment plans are available for each package!

+ How many concepts do I get to see?

I work with the one-concept method. Essentially, I put all my energy and creativity into one concept rather than splitting it across multiple concepts. Refinements are always available.

+ How do revisions work?

Revisions vary by package and deliverables. We never start over — instead, we tweak and refine based on thoughtful feedback and aligned goals.

+ What types of clients do you work with?

I primarily work with women-owned businesses, especially service providers and ambitious creatives ready to collaborate and show up fully.

+ How do we communicate during a project?

We communicate primarily through email and your custom Notion portal, where you’ll also find onboarding, feedback tools, and project resources.

+ What if I don’t know how to use Notion?

No worries! Every Notion dashboard includes helpful walkthrough videos for a smooth and stress-free onboarding experience.

+ How will I have access to my brand and website after we work together?

You’ll receive full ownership of your brand files and website, plus a custom training video to help you manage everything confidently moving forward.

+ What website platforms do you design in?

I specialize in Showit, Squarespace, and the occasional Shopify site for brands needing advanced e-commerce functionality.

+ What information or content is required before web design?

You’ll complete a prompt-based Notion workbook or work with a copywriter to ensure your website content sounds aligned and authentic.

+ What is the Content Workbook?

The Content Workbook is a guided Notion dashboard that helps you provide everything needed to craft your website copy.

+ What if I need support after launch?

I offer complimentary post-launch support, with ongoing options available through a design or website retainer.
